ROB FUNT

Rob Funt has been playing drums all his life, professionally for over 20 years. Born in South San Francisco Rob grew up in a musical family listening to a wide variety of music from James Brown and The Ohio Players to AC/DC and Led Zeppelin. It shows in his amazing ability to capture the feel and groove of many different styles- rock, funk, shuffle, swing etc… Rob has performed live and in studios all over the West Coast and the Bay Area with countless original, tribute, corporate and cover bands. His driving rhythms and no bull approach to portraying Bob Burns is the backbone behind the amazing stage show of Nuthin Fancy tribute to Lynyrd Skynyrd.
