SCOTT WALTERS

Scott Walters is a talented guitarist and gifted singer who has been playing in bay area bands for almost twenty years The Reactors being the longest tenure, playing everything from Motown to Reggae and blues they have performed locally in Santa Cruz as well as Monterey County doing everything from casuals to opening for National acts in the Areas biggest Clubs. Christian Powell of Moby Grape fame was the bass player for 7 years of the bands 19 years and counting of still being active in the music scene. Scott also played with Midnight Ramblers from 1999 to 2004 as lead singer and rhythm guitar in a Santa Cruz based Classic Rock four-piece outfit. In 2003 Joined he forces with The Stingrays, an Oldies /Surf Band that plays mostly in the Monterey Area with a long standing Residency at Sly Mcfly's, A top notch Blues/dance club right in the heart of Cannery Row. Scott joined Nuthin' Fancy in January of this year and has settled quite comfortably into the role of Ronnie Van Zant.
